We have learned to read, write and quote. Texts. Books. Articles. Knowledge sharing in the age of the internet does not stop here. And this is where this course starts:
let us learn to find, watch, quote and create videos!
A course for PhD students, students, researchers, conference organisers.
How to use, produce, distribute videos for learning, teaching and distributing knowledge in the age of cell phones, distance learning and social media.
This is a long-term seminar of 4 sessions of 2 hours or as a 2 days seminar. The focus is on visual content. The workshop is tailored to the specific audience and purposes and can be delivered virtually or in-person.
Through this course, researchers will discover how to use digital content. The huge amount of online academic and educational videos offer rich sources of information for researchers, and researchers themselves can produce video content to share knowledge, educate and promote their own research.
In these seminars, we will discover the world of videos, learning how to find and use them. We will also learn production skills including how to interview, how to frame content, and how to share our work.
